@wjmaggos Quick reply : 1. No afaik 2. Yes 3. No, you will be able to follow/see them. It's a moderation issue not related to an app.
My idea is to apply the same process whatever the social network. If there is a move to Mastodon because they have been banned from other stores, I won't allow them to use the app with all risk that can bring.
@AndStatus I thought to that, but if the server delivering blacklist is down, that means every instances will be allowed or forbidden depending of the choice.
But the app will NOT block toots coming from Gab. It's up to you to make this choice by using the block instance feature inside the app or to ask your admins to do so.
PS: I fixed a misspelling from my previous message, sorry.
@sonak With the app, there is a feature blocking all toots coming from an instance.
If your instance federates messages from Gab that you don't want to see, you can block every messages or user interactions coming from this instance thanks to this feature (can be undone).
@Roka non, j'empêche seulement les comptes de se connecter pour que Fedilab ne soit pas une application de substitution à une application bannie de deux stores.
The app will not allow to connect a Gab account. I don't want that Fedilab replaces the Gap app that has been banned from stores.
In any case the app will block toots coming from Gab. It's up to you to make this choice by using the block instance feature inside the app or to ask your admins to do so.
