Könnt ihr euch vorstellen, wie schlimm die Lage im Mittelmeer zur Zeit ist? Ich konnte es auch nicht wirklich, bis ich jetzt einen Bericht einer Reporterin der WOZ gelesen habe, die auf der SeaWatch mitgeholfen hat.
Was sie schildert hat mich extrem erschreckt. Eines nachts hatten sie wieder ein Schlauchboot mit Flüchtlingen entdeckt und wollten die Passagiere retten. Dann kam ein Schnellboot der lybischen Armee dazwischen und hat die Helfer abgedrängt. Danach sind die 'Soldaten' in das Flüchtlingsboot gesprungen und haben willenlose auf die Menschen eingeschlagen.
Sie haben das Boot dabei absichtlich so beschädigt, dass es sank und mit ihm landeten natürlich auch die Menschen im Meer. Viele konnten nicht schwimmen und einige ertranken. Dennoch konnte das Team der SeaWatch einen Grossteil der Menschen retten.
Wenn ich da die Kritik an den Seenotrettern lese, die in letzter Zeit rumgeistert, wird es mir regelrecht schlecht und ich frage mich in welcher Welt wir eigentlich leben. Dennoch ist mein Herz bei den vielen Helfern, die täglich auch ihr eigenes Leben riskieren um andere Menschen zu retten. -

Grml. Bei meinem Yunohost Server scheint die SSD hinüber zu sein. Kein Geld für ne neue. Daher bleibt der erstmal off.
